Collab3x includes built-in support. Open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Help & Support to contact support or review help resources.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get verified?

During profile setup, you upload a public profile photo and a private verification selfie. Your profile is then submitted for manual admin review. If the selfie is unclear, cropped, blocked, or does not show your face well enough, support may ask you to retake it.

Is Collab3x free to use?

Yes. Core features are free, including browsing creators and approved Creative Services, messaging, posting collaborations, verification, and safety features. Optional paid features may be added later and will be clearly shown in the app before purchase.

Is SafeMeet available?

SafeMeet is coming soon. We are still refining the flow before making it available for normal use because in-person safety tools need to be reliable and easy for users to follow.

What are Creative Services accounts?

Creative Services accounts are for adult-experienced photographers, videographers, and production services. They must go through admin review before appearing in the app. Creative Services accounts have more limited discovery access than talent accounts.

Does Collab3x show ads?

Collab3x does not use a third-party ad SDK or targeted advertising identifiers. We may show admin-approved Sponsored Partner cards in the future, and those placements will be clearly labeled.

How do I block or report a user?

Visit the user's profile, tap the menu icon (three dots) in the top right, and select "Block User" or "Report User." Blocked users cannot contact you or see your profile.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. You'll be asked to type "DELETE" to confirm. Account deletion removes your profile data and verification materials, subject to any legally required retention. You can also review the account deletion instructions.

How do I request a verification appeal or recheck?

Email [email protected] if your verification is rejected, if you believe a safety review result is wrong, or if you need your private verification selfie deleted after your account is closed.

What is the age requirement?

You must be at least 21 years old to use Collab3x. Age confirmation is required during the sign-up process.
